Sexual Misconduct Campus Climate Survey

Our university is dedicated to fostering a caring community. Preventing and remedying sexual misconduct at Illinois is essential to a safe environment in which our students can learn. The purpose of the Sexual Misconduct Campus Climate Survey is to provide information about the behaviors and perceptions that current students have related to the University of Illinois.

The Sexual Misconduct Campus Climate Survey has closed for the 2024 administration.  The survey will be offered again in Spring 2025.

Students will be asked to complete a questionnaire concerning: relationships, sexual experiences, experiences with dating violence, and perceptions about safety at the University of Illinois during the last 12 months.  Illinois law (110 ILCS 155/35) requires the University to conduct the Sexual Misconduct Campus Climate Survey annually; however, your participation is voluntary.

Your experience matters.

This survey is an important tool to understand and address sexual harassment and sexual misconduct on campus. Student participation in the survey will help us to be more aware of the issues we need to address and will help us craft the tools needed to address them.
